You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the games, their code, or their assets without written permission from RFUSA LLC.

Intellectual Property

All game code, design, graphics, and content on Sudoku99 are the property of RFUSA LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Unicode characters used in the games (Hebrew, Chinese, Korean, Egyptian hieroglyphs, and others) are part of the Unicode Standard and are not owned by RFUSA LLC.

No Warranty

Sudoku99 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RFUSA LLC does not guarantee that the games will be available at all times, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
